Barricade Lites Inc. is a proud member of these
outstanding organizations.

| The traffic control industry in
Illinois had it's beginnings in the mid 1950's, and Barricade Lites
was right there at the forefront. In 1959, Henry and Marion
VanLeuven founded the company from the basement of their home in
Lombard, Illinois. Hard work and perseverance paid off, and in
1965 they were able to move the company into a dedicated facility on
Swift Road in Lombard. |
| |
| Over the next 17 years, Barricade
Lites grew into a reputable, high quality traffic control company.
In 1980, Henry and Marion sold the business to their son-in-law,
Ruben S. Vazquez, and in 1987 Ruben moved the company to its present
location in Addison, Illinois. |
|
 |
| Since then we have
continued to grow, providing large, well-known companies such as
Commonwealth Edison and SBC Ameritech with a
high level of service they've come to rely on. In 2003,
Ruben's son, Charles R. Vazquez, was promoted to the position of
Vice President, in anticipation of continuing our longstanding
tradition of family ownership. |
| |
| The traffic control industry has
changed a great deal since Barricade Lites came on the scene over 45
years ago, but the foundations of a good business have not.
Honesty, integrity, and quality have been our trademarks since the
beginning, and to this day our family name still depends on our
commitment to these values. |
| |
| Please consider giving us the
opportunity to meet your traffic control and protection needs.
We look forward to showing you what has made Barricade Lites Inc.
the leading family-owned traffic control company in Illinois! |
